Aikido The Way of Harmony

Emphasizing the fusion of mind, body, and spirit, Aikido transcends mere self-defense, advocating for personal growth and inner peace through the principles of harmony and non-resistance. Our Aikido features the art’s meditative aspects, focusing on self-awareness and the pursuit of harmony with the universe, in line with the teachings of Aikido’s founder, Morihei Ueshiba.

Silat The art of the warrior

Silat is an intricate and culturally rich martial art from Southeast Asia, renowned for its diverse self-defense techniques, adept weapon handling, and a focus on both physical agility and spiritual development. We feature Harimau Silat, a style distinct for its tiger-inspired movements and strategies, with an emphasis on ground fighting techniques, integrated physical agility and beautiful movements.

Kali The Art of Rythmic Motion

Kali is a traditional Filipino martial art known for its emphasis on weapon-based techniques, particularly using sticks and blades, alongside effective empty-hand combat methods. Kali emphasizes fluidity of movement and adaptability of techniques. Its practice promotes physical fitness, coordination, tactical thinking, and a deep understanding of combat dynamics, integral to self-defense.

Muay Thai The art of Eight Limbs

Muay Thai is a combat sport and martial art that originated in Thailand. JKD The Way of the Intercepting Fist

Jeet Kune Do (JKD) is a martial arts philosophy and system developed by the legendary martial artist and film star Bruce Lee. Renowned as a hybrid martial art, JKD integrates techniques from diverse martial arts like Wing Chun, boxing, and fencing.
